Make the most of your day

Alright back into the swing of things with blogging. With my new job at LA Fitness I have been switching which day I have off and now am taking over for a trainer that left so my work/sleep schedule has been all messed up, but now I am back on track.

With training I train in the morning and then again in the afternoon/evening. Now I work about 30 minutes from where I live so I am finding things to do in The Woodlands area to pass my time.

We have had such nice weather here lately so I have been taking advantage of it an heading out to parks for lunch and then a workout.

Get outside and enjoy the weather!!
