Daily Cravings

When you are looking to lose weight exercise is 25% and nutrition is 75%. This is my log of daily food to help guide you with tracking your own food intake. This, for myself, will keep me accountable for what I eat as well.

January 1 2011:
Breakfast/Vitamins: Yogurt, OJ, Banana. Yes
Snack:
Lunch: Sandwich from quiznos
Snack: 1 piece of ham
Dinner: Beef enchiladas
Dessert: Hot chocolate, 1 cookie

January 2 2011:
Breakfast: 1 piece toast with PB, Coffee, Multi Vitamin
Snack:
Lunch: Leftover enchiladas
Snack: 1 cookie, 1 chocolate piece
Dinner: Sweet Tomatoes Salad
